Project management in large projects
In large, complex and mission-critical projects Xeeda can deliver experienced project leaders who deliver despite a tight schedule. Characteristics of these types of projects are that they have major consequences if them fail.
The projects that Xeeda has managed include; demand management, requirements analysis, procurement implementation/transition and transformation into a new structure.
Coaching, support and structure
When an organization has an effective project management organisation, it becomes more cost effective and has the ability to develop and innovate. Xeeda has in several projects served as the costumer main project manager to ensure the project is carried out according to established budget, quality and time.
By supporting and creating a structure for managing projects, the customer has received tools for the future.
Efficient vendor management
Having an action plan for how to improve is the first step to actually getting there. Xeeda works with a proven approach to map out the current situation. Through analysis and experience we identify what improvements are possible.
The action plan includes both short-term measures to save money and long-term measures to improve the quality of vendor management.
Structure, lead and manage IT operations
Requirements in the IT business are constantly changing. Technology focus has now shifted to commercial management, innovation and organisational development. The requirements for business’ organization, competence and control have increased. Xeeda has the knowledge and experience to manage, reorganize, and improve IT operations.
A major assignment included developing an IT strategy with policies, including an action plan to reach a desired target and then executing the plan.
During major organisational transformations, it may be prudent to engage an interim manager in the short-term to manage the requirements for a new type of leadership while at the same time ensuring unbiased management of all transformation.
Xeeda has had assignments as interim manager in the role of CEO, CIO/IT Director, IT Manager and Head of Department in both the private and public sector. We implement structural changes and are involved in the recruitment of the permanent director and also provide support and guidance as he/she steps into the new role.
